Extract the zip folder, then copy the.bin file to your flash disk or memory card. It will just be a few megabytes in size, thus even a modest capacity storage stick will suffice. There are a few prerequisites for flashing the firmware on your decoder. Your decoder must include a USB port or a memory card slot. The DTB firmware obtained above, a little remote control skills, and you're ready to go premium on your decoder for free.

Unlock StarTimes and GoTV Decoders by following this process. With the memory stick or flash drive in the decoder and the decoder turned on, take the remote and navigate to the settings. Instead of pressing 'ok' on the selected.bin file, there was an instruction at the bottom of my screen to press a key to download from the.bin; when I did that, another separate file was created and automatically saved on my usb called 'flashfile.bin'(8.1mb), which is the one I used to successfully upgrade."

Completing the Upgrade of Your Decoder
When the decoder alerts you that the upgrade is complete, turn it off and then back on. After that, run an automatic channel scan. You'll note that you're not barred from watching any channels. You've just saved a lot of money on monthly charges for premium channels on your GoTv, Startimes, and other digital decoders. This strategy may also provide access to premium channels on digital television.
